One Month to Climb, One Month to Stay

The number that decides your rank is what you deposit inside a single calendar month — MYR 50,000 for Bronze, 150,000 for Silver, 450,000 for Gold, a million for Platinum. Not a running total, not a lifetime figure. The same sum spread across a year reaches nothing at all, which is the first thing to understand before treating any rank as a target.

And UEA8 asks the same question again every month. From Silver upward, membership renews monthly — not quarterly, as most programmes do, but every thirty days. Only Regular and Bronze are lifetime. Reaching Gold in a heavy month and then having a quiet one does not put you on a countdown; it ends the rank.

Easier to Reach Than to Hold

This is the part worth reading twice, because the ladder inverts the usual shape. To upgrade to Silver, Gold or Platinum you need a single deposit — one transaction meeting the month's threshold. To keep any of them you need five deposits inside each month, every month.

So the requirement changes character once you arrive. Climbing rewards size; staying rewards frequency. A player who reaches Platinum with one large transfer and then stops depositing loses it at the next renewal regardless of how much sits in the account, because the maintenance row counts deposits rather than balance or turnover.

Bronze is the one exception on the way up, and it runs the other way: it asks for five deposits rather than one, totalling MYR 50,000 in the month. Then it never has to be renewed. For most members the frequency matters more than the ceiling. Is the Climb Worth It?

Deposit what you would deposit anyway, and let the rank follow. The monthly window makes that advice sharper rather than softer: chasing a tier means concentrating deposits into one month that you might otherwise have spread across three, and then repeating that concentration every month to keep it.

The sane reading of this particular board is to treat Bronze as the destination and everything above it as a commitment. Bronze is permanent, costs five deposits in one month, and carries most of the non-cash benefits. Silver upward pays better rebates but re-bills you every thirty days for the privilege — genuinely good value for somebody already depositing five times a month, and a poor trade for anybody who is not.
